Convert an array of two dimensional array to a one dimensional array in Python
Hi I have a list of two dimensional array
data = [[[0,1,2],[0,1,2]], [[3,4,5],[3,4,5]]]
I want to convert it to a one dimensional array
[[[0,1,2],[0,1,2]], [[3,4,5],[3,4,5]]]
Is there any simple way?
Thank you
A:
You can use np.array(data).reshape(-1,3)
import numpy as np
data = np.array([[[0,1,2],[0,1,2]], [[3,4,5],[3,4,5]]])
data_new = np.array(data).reshape(-1,3)
Tryptase and 5-hydroxytryptamine from human skin mast cells.
Human mast cells isolated from the skin contained high concentrations of tryptase and 5-hydroxytryptamine. Human skin mast cells and lung mast cells had similar concentrations of tryptase and 5-hydroxytryptamine. The concentrations of these two biogenic amines were highest in the stratum compactum of human skin and were significantly elevated in patients with urticaria. Cutaneous and lung mast cells separated by a glass fiber filtration technique contained similar concentrations of tryptase and 5-hydroxytryptamine. Separation of cutaneous mast cells by glass fiber filtration, however, resulted in a loss of 5-hydroxytryptamine but not of tryptase. The apparent loss of 5-hydroxytryptamine from the cell was accompanied by a loss of histamine. These data suggest that, in human skin mast cells, the 5-hydroxytryptamine may be released from the mast cell after degranulation. This 5-hydroxytryptamine is derived from tryptase-dependent mechanisms.[Childhood cancer mortality in the Slovak Republic. 1978-1991].
